The location of the hotel is great, surrounded by key amenities. the cleanliness of the hotel was up to standard too. the pool area was particularly clean and inviting, with comfortable chairs arranged around it.

the hot water did not work in the morning and the engineering and maintenance staff were unhelpful.

Great location and very clean. The hotel was in a prime spot and close to everything we needed. The place was spick and span and looked very well kept. Also, the beds were super comfy, and we got a good night's sleep. We appreciated the value for money. Considering how much we paid, we felt like we got our money's worth.

There were many things that let it down. The hotel had plenty of issues ranging from unfinished facilities to terrible engineering and maintenance. We had no hot water in the morning, and despite complaining, no-one fixed it. Furthermore, the hotel lacked directional signages that made it difficult to navigate around. it wasn't a great experience, and we were disappointed.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was convenient and easily accessible. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning services. The room was well-maintained by the housekeeping team and we appreciated the laundry service they offered. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a huge bonus for us as we needed to stay connected during our stay. The amenities provided in the room, like the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, added to the comfort and convenience of our stay.
